Wilderness Adventure (5 Days)
Students spend 5 days bushwalking, camping, and adventuring in the bush. This component develops:
- • Teamwork and collaboration
- • Resilience and perseverance
- • Leadership skills
- • Connection to nature
Skills Development (5 Days)
At our cabin-based camp, students focus on executive skills:
- • Public speaking workshops
- • Wellbeing and resilience training
- • Financial planning basics
- • Independence (cooking, laundry)
Community Service
Students return to the city to give back through volunteering:
- • Revegetation projects
- • Preparing meals for homeless
- • Community engagement
- • Social responsibility
Program Duration: 10 days total | Age Group: 14-18 years | Focus: Leadership, resilience, independence, community engagement
Types of Programs We Fund

Leadership Development
Multi-day expeditions and camps that challenge young people to develop leadership capabilities, decision-making skills, and confidence through authentic outdoor experiences.
Typical Duration: 3-14 days
Mental Health & Wellbeing
Programs specifically designed to support young people experiencing anxiety, stress, or other mental health challenges through therapeutic outdoor experiences.
Typical Duration: 2-7 days
Team Building & Social Skills
Activities that build interpersonal skills, communication, empathy, and cooperation—essential skills for employment and community participation.
Typical Duration: 1-5 days
Employability Skills
Programs focused on developing the "soft skills" employers value most: problem-solving, initiative, self-management, planning, and communication.
Typical Duration: 2-10 days
Applying for Funding
We allocate funds to schools and youth groups based on highest need and benefit. Our grants enable disadvantaged young people to participate in programs they otherwise couldn't access.
